Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone.

Exodus‬ ‭18‬:‭18‬‬

The mark of true leadership is delegation not abandonment. We don’t abandon them to it, we delegate, we supervise and we teach.

We must learn to allow others help us with any work God has entrusted to us. Whether at home or abroad, it is best practice to learn to involve others, to allow others to grow by helping us. Working alone is unhealthy for everyone.

Even God in all His might has delegated roles for each Person of the Trinity. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit though one yet differs in administration and roles. No wonder God puts every solitary person in families because He knows we need each other to learn and grow.

Whether at work or during the holiday, anywhere you are, don’t do everything yourself. Delegate some work to others. Allow them to learn from you and be better.

🙏🏾 May God help us to learn to work with others. Even if they are not doing it the way we want, we must learn to allow them grow and get better at doing it.

For we were once all learners. No man was born perfect and all knowing. 🙏🏾
