What makes a teacher great?
1 Corinthians 13
He teaches with tongues of men and of angels, he understands all the mysteries and all knowledge, he teaches with so much faith, he feeds the poor and burns out teaching men. Without love, he is simple a sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. Despite his prowess in knowledge, skill and passion; without love, he is nothing. He does not teach like our Great Teacher. And so without our God, he is nothing.
For our Great Teacher, our God is love. And love is God.
Our Great Teacher. The Best of all teachers:
He is love to all. He is kind to all. He does not envy anyone. He does not show off His knowledge. He is not proud of His superior knowledge and teaching skills despite the vast knowledge of what He knows. He is not rude to anyone. Our Great Teacher teaches so selflessly. He is not provoked by unruly students. He thinks no evil for anyone. He rejoices when His students do well and does not rejoice when His students do badly.
He bears all manners of students and behavioural attitudes in His classes; He believes in all His students; He hopes for the best in everyone and endures the challenging times of teaching.
Our God. Our Great Teacher. He never fails. He is the Greatest teacher of all times.
Thank you for reading, and may God bless you immeasurably!
