Let the conversations start again.

Let us create environments in our families where we can talk about our feelings and fears freely and openly without the fear of rejection.

Let us intentionally give our families the atmosphere for open honest conversations that promote each other. May we use our words to give wise, constructive criticism and honest feedbacks that promote growth and prosperity.

I grew up in a quiet home where spoken words are greatly measured. However, may be you grew up in a home where toxic words fly like dagger piercing hearts. Change the narrative for your own home and don’t repeat the mistakes of your forefathers. Terrible words once spoken can never be retrieved again.

Our tongues has the power to speak life or death into situations; it can build up or tear down. No wonder God gave us two ears to listen more and one mouth to speak less.

Be intentional with your words today and speak the truth with overflowing love.
