What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Daily prompt

When shadows of negativity draw near,
Christ, my Rock of Defence, I hold so dear,
When the storms of doubt and fear assail my mind
Upon this solid Rock, I take my stand.

When waves of worry crash against my soul,
His steadfast love makes my spirit whole.
In the depths of dark feelings, His light shines bright,
Guiding me through the darkest night.

When negative whispers clouds my mind,
In Christ, my Rock, true peace I find.
For His strength is like a fortress strong and sure
Where my doubts and fears are proven wrong.
